Yes, Pikachu you can get early in the game. When you start the game Pokemon Go, you were given a choice of 3 Pokemon Charmander, Bulbasaur, Squirtle, don't select the three. Walk away from them, then they'll reappear following you, do 4-5 times until Pikachu appear! If you are already late and lazy Redo from scratch, don't worry, usually the first egg that you tetaskan is a Pikachu.
